Microbiological and chemical laboratories

In 2022 about 100.000 analysis were performed internally. The Company’s microbiological and chemical laboratories have highly qualified personnel, advanced instruments and equipment.

Analytical procedures employed are capable of satisfying normative standards required by the customers: S.I.I.T. Labs operates in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22 000 and GMP.

The chemical laboratory performs analysis using instruments such as HPLC, IR, Spectrophotometer UV/VIS, Atomic absorption, Karl Fischer, Dissolution test, Disaggregator, ICP-OES.

Microbiological laboratory designed compliance with GMP requirements divided in separate areas to avoid cross-contamination.

The technical competence, impartiality and reliability of the analytical data are attested by the constant participation in Proficiency Testing performed for different matrices.
