S.I.I.T. attua un processo di ricezione, analisi e trattamento delle segnalazioni, anche anonime, finalizzato alla prevenzione e al contrasto di comportamenti illeciti o non improntati ai principi di eticità e integrità.
Il processo è conforme alle novità normative introdotte dal D.lgs.10 marzo 2023, n.24 di attuazione della direttiva (UE) 2019/1937 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio del 23 ottobre 2019, riguardante la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni del diritto dell’Unione e recante disposizioni riguardanti la protezione delle persone che segnalano violazioni delle disposizioni normative nazionali ( c.d. ” Decreto Whistleblowing”)

S.I.I.T. has established a process for the receipt, analysis and processing of reports, including anonymous reports, in order to prevent and combat unlawful or unethical behaviour.
The process complies with the new legislation introduced by Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and including provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national legislative provisions (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).
